Plate Mounted Axial Fans (From Stock)

Also known as ‘Plate Fans’, can be used in a variety of applications.

Usually used for direct extraction from warehouses, factories, commercial and industrial kitchens, such as restaurants and takeaways as well as many other commercial settings including ‘roof fans’.

They offer large volume extraction at low pressure, straight to atmosphere.

Available in both single and three phase, the single-phase fan units can be speed controlled using a standard controller from 1 amp up to 10 amps and the three phase fan units can be inverter speed controlled. Most types of plate fans up to 1000mm diameter (in both 1ph & 3ph) can also be operated using a standard Direct-On-Line (DOL) starter.

Here at Beatson Fans & Motors Ltd, we stock plate mounted fans 250mm to 630mm diameter in single and three phase and from 630mm diameter to 1000mm diameter in three phase.

Because of their application, usually straight through a wall or out through a roof, other accessories are usually required. Such as louvre shutters and outlet guards… Also available from stock.

Standard Configuration

In many cases we can offer a plate fan as an air input fan with a fixed blade louvre as well.
