Things we find a bit cheeky!!

Long time no blogg!! Luckily we’ve not had a minute to spare to get anything blogged!! The phones have been ringing none stop and so far March seems to be quite busy and we understand through the grapevine that it’s not just us?? Long may it continue!!

Whilst I’m on the subject of busy, I wish to make an apology to anyone who’s tried phoning who thinks we’ve been a bit short tempered with them!! As a family business we are a bit guilty of taking things personally and nine times out of ten everything is all fine and dandy in our little world. But we do get annoyed with cheeky people!! As a company it is our job to help with all kinds of Industrial Fan and Motor enquiries and all related stuff like inverters and starters and things!! If you have a problem or enquiry we are here to help!! Our product advice is free and quotations are free! Inspection and testing and site visits are free, our catalogues are free!! But if you got something second hand off ebay for next to nothing and there were no instructions and you didn’t get it from us or one of our suppliers or even another of our suppliers distributors, don’t you think it’s a bit cheeky to phone us for wiring diagrams and advice??

Example:-

Cheeky Person: “Oh hello my names John. I found you on the internet and was just wondering if you could help?”

Us: “Certainly Sir, what’s the problem?”

Cheeky Person: “I’ve just bought this inverter off ebay and unfortunately there are no instructions”

Now, most people would say “Well sir, you’ll have to speak to the seller”. This is where we differ!! Usually we still end up sorting out a wiring diagram anyway, and when we have we then get another ten calls from the ‘ebay buyer’/cheeky person becuase it turns out that they are not qualified to even wire a plug!!

We are here to help!! But sometimes we can get a bit annoyed!!!
